This is the 5th Thumbsnap holster I have ordered from Rudy for my revolvers along with a shoulder harness and several paddle holsters. The workmanship of these fine products are the best that I have found any where. About a year ago I called Rudy to have a holster made for my S&W 3″ 586 TALO, along with a ranger style belt and 7shot belt loops. All in plain russet. I wear the belt everyday with or without the holster and loops. I’ve worn the set setup hiking in the NM mountains and while guiding hunters. This may very well be the most comfortable everyday carry OWB combination every created! Pistol fit was perfect, its quiet, and wears well, and I’ve been in Law enforcement for over 30 years so I would know what’s comfortable and what’s not. The craftsmanship is second to none and I would call Rudy for anything I needed before anyone else. I just love his work!

I decided on the thumbsnap holster for my Ruger Match Champion. Needless to say, the holster looks great, and it fits like a glove. As nice as the plain russet looks, I am almost afraid to order one of his fancy holsters. I would hang it on the wall and never wear it. I ordered a plain russet belt to go with it, and it looks good enough to spice up casual dress. Oh yeah, did I mention it fits like a glove?
